Sun. Nov. 28- The Return of 7 inches to Freedom!
A monthly DJ salon where anyone can sign up to play 3 sides at a time, 7"s only (33 or 45rpm), then the next DJ steps up, and so on until the rotation works back around. No genre specifications, no "sets", no DJ egos, nothing but a love for vinyl and having a good time. Probably some food & eye-candy artfilm projections in the mix as well.
@ The Spot (504 Yale SE, just north of the cemetery), last Sunday of each month 7-11pm, potluck starts 6:30pm, BYOWhateva, donation$$ welcomed to support The Spot.
